Vector Interactive Group has provided commercial development services since 2014. Vector Capital Services, our real estate financing arm, sits alongside it — which means a project can be supported on both the delivery side and the capital side where that is useful.
The two are separate engagements. Taking financing from us does not require taking development services, and the reverse is equally true. But where a project needs both, having them in one place removes a seam that otherwise costs time.
