Information you give us
When you complete the pre-loan application or the contact form, we collect what you enter. For the pre-loan application this includes your name, email address, telephone number, any borrowing entity you name, and the deal information you provide — property address and type, transaction type, values and loan amounts, renovation budget, the capital you are contributing, your timeline, your stated exit, your experience, and any further detail you add.
Please do not submit sensitive identifiers through these forms. They are enquiry forms. Do not send your Social Security number, date of birth, bank account or card numbers, or copies of identity documents. If information of that kind is needed later in an application, we will tell you and arrange a secure method for providing it.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to operate and secure the site.
How we use your information

- To operate, secure and improve this website.
- To comply with legal and regulatory obligations and to maintain our records.
We use the information you submit for the purpose you submitted it. We do not use enquiry details for unrelated marketing without your consent.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies, and does not run third-party advertising trackers. Our host may set strictly necessary cookies required for the site and its forms to function and to protect against abuse.

How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and application information for as long as needed to respond to you, to administer any resulting transaction, and to meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations. Where it is no longer needed for any of those purposes, we delete it or render it anonymous.

This site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are transmitted encrypted. We restrict access to submitted information to people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, or to delete it where we are not required to retain it. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
